Natural stone products, including marble and granite, contain unique patterns, veining, colour variations, and natural characteristics.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Stone samples are indicative only.

  • Variations in colour, texture, and veining are natural features of the material.

  • Finished products may differ from showroom samples or photographs.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Bella Marble will perform installation services with reasonable care and professional workmanship.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and unrestricted site access.

  • Ensuring relevant trades have completed prerequisite works.

  • Ensuring site readiness before installation.

Additional charges may apply if installation is delayed due to site-related issues beyond our control.

Bella Marble warrants that workmanship will be carried out to industry standards.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance.

  • Damage resulting from structural movement or third-party modifications.

  • Natural characteristics of stone materials.

Specific product warranties may vary depending on the material supplier and manufacturer.
